The MAC address listed on the bottom of the Telo is for the 'HOME' port, (and in some cases, the Telo would use the MAC address for one of the devices connected to the 'HOME' port instead). The Telo also has separate MAC addresses for the 'INTERNET' port, and (probably) for the wireless adapter.
Use a web browser to access the device settings. The Status->Ports page lists the MAC addresses and IP addresses for the 'HOME' and 'INTERNET' ports. And the Status->Wireless page (probably) lists the same information for the wireless adapter.
