I received a new Ooma Telo LTE. It looks like a typical base station with one added device connected by USB: a NetStick which does the 4G LTE. It didn't work. I called support, and although I worked with several support people and had it escalated to "advanced support," no one could figure out how to make it work. I asked to send it back. The support person said I would have to pay to send it back. What a scam! Ooma sends me something that doesn't work, and then wants me to pay to send it back. I went to write a review on their review site. I wrote it, but the submit wouldn't send it. I think they turn off the submit button for everyone who isn't writing a positive review. Another scam. I'm sorry to see it because the product idea of the LTE is great, but if it doesn't work, what's the point?
